AUTO-LIFTER ARRESTED ALONGWITH STOLEN TWO-WHEELERS & MOBILES RECOVERED BY THE TEAM PS UTTAM NAGAR, DWARKA DISTRICT.

New Delhi :-  Staff is being motivated and sensitized regularly to nab the criminals, found indulging in criminal /illegal activities in the area.  • HC Jagbir Singh , HC Naveen , HC Muniraj , Ramesh Chand  , Ct. Namo Narayan  PS Uttam Nagar, Delhi had done an exceptional work with all zeal, showcasing high sense of responsibility and devotion to duty. A secret information was received on 26.07.2025 at about 09.00 PM from a secret informer that “if a raid is conducted near DDA Park 100 foota road, one person can be caught/apprehended with illegal knife, stolen scooty & stolen mobile”.   On this, a raiding party was constituted under the close supervision of SHO Uttam Nagar, team comprising  was formed and raid was conducted at DDA Park 100 Foota road, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, where one suspect was coming from Kail Basti towards Uttam Nagar side.  On seeing the police party, the suspect tried to walk quickly on the opposite side, but the police party overpowered him. During inquiry, his details were revealed as: - 1. Manasab @ Kana  R/o Hastsal Road, Uttam Nagar,  During search, 01 illegal Knife, 01 Scooty No. DL-9S-CM-XXXX & stolen Mobile phone VIVO Black Gray color has been recovered from his possession. 

Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 0317/2025, Dt. 26.07.2025, u/s 25 Arms Act, PS Uttam Nagar, was registered against him and accused Manasab @ Kana s/o Idris Khan has also been arrested in above noted case.

During investigation, the accused disclosed that in addition to that, he had stolen 01 more scooty bearing registration No. DL-4S-CP-XXXX and 01 another VIVO mobile. On the instance of the above accused, the stolen sccoty was recovered from Ganda Nala, Vikaspuri and the stolen case property seized.

3. 01 Scooty No. DL-9S-CM-XXXX in e-FIR No. 19963/25, Dt. 20.07.25, u/s 305(B) BNS, PS Ranholla, seized U/S 106 BNSS.

4. 01 Scooty No. DL-4S-CP-XXXX in e-FIR No. 15741/25, Dt. 06.06.25, u/s 305(B) BNS, PS Uttam Nagar.

5. 01 VIVO mobile IMEI NO. 86882806218XXXX -08 Checked on ZIP NET but does not show stolen.  Above mobile seized U/S 106 BNSS.
